Type of Cylinder

Classification (용기의 종류)

이음새 없는 용기(seamless gas cylinder) : TP. 250 kg/cm², at 35 ℃, 용접하지 않은 용기로써 제조방식이 Mannesman form & Ehrhardt form or deep drawing form 이 있으며, 질소, 산소, 수소, 헬륨, 메탄 등의 압축 공업 가스와 염화수소, 염소, 이산화탄소, 에틸렌, 에탄, 이산화질소 등 액화가스용으로 사용하며 무계목용기
또는 고압용기라고도 한다.

용접용기(welded gas cylinders) : TP. 31 kg/cm², at 35 ℃, 용접한 용기로써 LPG, 용해아세틸렌, 산화에틸렌,
액화플루오르화가스 등의 저압가스용으로 계목용기 또는 저압용기라고 부른다.

저온용기 : 이산화탄소(탄산가스) 등을 저온으로 수송하기 위한 용기.

초저온용기 : 액체질소(LN₂), 액체산소(LO₂), 액체아르곤(LAr), 액체수소(LH₂)등 초저온 액체가스용.

기타 : 탱크로리, 커들(cardle), 커트리지(cartridge, Large Gas Cylinder, 용량 50-600㎥) 등.

Specification of Cylinder (용기의 규격)

용기의 규격은 가스의 종류별로 또한 각 국가별 표준에 의하여 다양하지만 여기서는 특수가스(혼합표준가스)에 주로
사용하는 용기의 크기에 대해서만 기술한다.

우리 나라의 용기는 한국산업규격 KSB 6210에 의해 표준화되어 있으며, 일본의 JIS B 8241과 유사하다.
