Cylinder Marking & Painting

용기검사에 합격한 용기의 두부 또는 protector 부분 등 보기 쉬운 곳에 고압가스 안전관리법에 의거 규정하는 사항을 명확히 각인 하며 그 예는 다음과 같다. 






The following marks are stamped plainly and permantly on the shoulder of each cylinder


O2 : Name of Gas
RG : Manufacturer's Identification Mark
1234 : Serial Number
㉿ : Korean Standard Mark
9-87 : Date of Test (Sep. 1987)
V40.2 : Volumetric Water Capacity of Cylinder (liter)
W47.0 : Tare Weight of Cylinder w/o Valve & cap
TP 250 : Test Pressure of Cylinder (in kg/cm2)
FP 150 : Filling Pressure of Cylinder (in kg/cm2)





DOT3AA : Cylinder Specification
2265 : Service Pressure (in psi)
1234 : Serial Number
RIGAS : Inspectors, Official Mark
RG : Manufacturer's Identification Mark
9-87 : Date of Test (Sep. 1987)
SPUN : Manufacturing Method

용기는 충진가스의 종류 및 성질에 따라 다음과 같이 구별 도색하고 『연』자 및 『독』자는 적색(단 수소는 백색)으로 도색 한다.
혼합가스 용기의 도색에는 명확한 규정이 없다.
